Always ensure your wick is trimmed to 5 mm before lighting and trim again if it becomes longer - the flame should have the shape of a teardrop.

This is a handmade item and minor imperfections can occur.  
The product is hand-dipped in small batches meaning there can be small variations in colour. Please get in touch if you have certain specifications.
There is a natural process called "bloom" that happens to 100% pure beeswax candles.  Bloom refers to the whitish cast that takes over the outside of the candle.  It does not affect the way a candle burns, and is simply a natural process of the softer oils of the beeswax rising to the outside surface. To remove bloom, simply rub the candles with a soft, lint-free cloth.
